Handling project management for one or multiple projects within your organization from an independent role. Ensure seamless project execution from start to finish. I have experience managing projects in areas such as content & branded content, events, influencer & talent management, digital platforms, production, and sales. I can be hired for one-time projects or provide ongoing project management support for a longer period, from just a few hours per week to a couple of days per week, depending on your needs and my availability.

Producing a wide range of media products, including video shoots, photo shoots, events, and podcast recordings. Providing all necessary facilities, materials and personnel, while expertly managing budgets and timelines to ensure seamless and successful execution.

Providing project management and production services for a wide range of events, from PR events and corporate parties to trade shows, fairs, and private celebrations. From concept to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding results tailored to your needs. I offer both full-service event management, where I take on the project and full responsibility, including budgeting and vendor management, as well as flexible support as an event manager on a day-rate basis, where suppliers invoice the client directly. No matter the scope, I ensure a smooth and successful event.

I am Shirley Schuitemaker, the face behind Beyond Bound. After studying Media, Information and Communication at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam, I gained diverse experience in various roles and settings. Over the past years, I have accumulated extensive experience in media production and management, working as a freelancer, in permanent positions, and as a volunteer.
My experience spans managing a hotel school and lodge in Kenya, guiding an artist, handling project management for an NGO, and producing video clips both in the Netherlands and abroad. Most recently, I have been working with Hearst Magazines, managing projects and sales for events, and producing events for several magazines. Additionally, I handled content project management for ELLE Magazine.
All of this has been driven by my immense passion and dedication. The entrepreneurial itch has been there for a while and now I've decided to take the leap: starting my own business and becoming fully independent. My focus is primarily on event management, project management and media production. I am embracing this new challenge with great enthusiasm.
With a network of skilled professionals, I am ready to form a team for any project I collaborate on. Together, we stand prepared to take on the most exciting projects. With my creativity and their expertise, we know how to bring the coolest ideas to life.
